Benjamin Hecht was born and raised in Simsbury, Connecticut. Ben has been playing piano since Third Grade. His major musical influences include Elton John, Bill Evans, Rick Montalbano, and Page McConnell. Benjamin moved to Brooklyn in 2007 to attend Brooklyn Law.
Jay Fox was born in Michigan. He moved to New York in the fall of 2001. He has been heavily influenced by guitarists such as Bob Weir, Sam Prekop and Eddie Willis.
Max Verrelli was born in New York City on a Wednesday, and spent his formative years in Glen Cove. His influences include John McLaughlin, Ennio Morricone, and Peep Show. He is an Entertainment Lawyer and lives in Manhattan with his wife Elizabeth.
Rachel Kolster, born in NYC and never left since. Rachel started playing violin in 3rd grade, bass guitar as a pre-med student, and cello as a med student. She is currently in an MD-PhD program at Columbia. She enjoys trying to obtain too many degrees and trying to play too many instruments. Her musical influences include Black Sabbath, Pentagram, Tool, Wolfmother, Fang Island, The Pixies, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the Phantom of the Opera, and the theme song from the TV show Angel.
Bob Grannatt began playing drums in the 5th grade. His favorite drummers are Chris Pennie and Art Blakey. His influences include Joe Jackson, Iron maiden and Chet Baker.
